“I ordered tea online on a whim, and wow, am I impressed! I live in central Massachusetts but I will most definitely take a drive down to Connecticut to see the cafe in person. The teas are divine, and the chocolate is out of this world. I could tell that it was packaged with love and care, could literally feel the good vibes oozing out of the box into the air. I already signed up for the tea journey subscription box and will likely be a lifelong customer. If you are looking for high quality tea, you’re in the right place!“

“I went there to get a coffee and decided to also try a croissant and a chicken empanada. Both were delicious, but the latte was not really to my taste, even though I asked for an extra espresso shot. It just wasn’t strong enough for me, but that’s a personal preference. I like my lattes on the stronger coffee side. Next time I will try a smaller size lol. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I asked for my empanada to be warmed, but the chicken was still very cold.
I would definitely go back when I’m in CT. The barista was very nice, and the shop itself is beautiful with marble and gold decor. They also have a small outdoor seating area, which will be perfect in the summer to sit outside and enjoy coffee and pastries.“

“We’ve been going here for about 4 years and are never disappointed. My husband and I love their Spanish options (best huevos rancheros I’ve been able to find outside of New York), but they also have eggs, pancakes, and other “classic” items. And this is just their breakfast menu! Their lunch items are just as delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, service is fast even on a busy day, we LOVE all of the sauces on every table, it’s always clean, and they add new dishes pretty often to keep their menu fresh. Can’t say enough good things about them!“

“Not what it used to be. How could you mess up a Turkey Club Sandwich. Without a Hand Carved Turkey. Instead we got Cold cut Turkey. Must have been Brosehead. Packed with sodium. They even grilled the sliced bread with plenty of butter. I'm still a big fan. Because they always come up with different taste for your pallet. Nothing wrong with surprises. Not bad for a small place that use to pack a Punch! Beer needs to be colder. Yeah sure I'll come back. To try salad. Excellent workers Beautiful people too. “This very friendly and unassuming place seems to be very popular with both locals and tourists alike. The drawing factors are the friendly service and superb quality of their ice cream made by the owners from the best ingredients. There is a cozy space indoors and a couple of tables outside in an alley. The back patio has scenic wharf side views of both the Thames River traffic going by and a stream of Amtrak trains on the North East Corridor. “Our company has been using Cafe 4 catering for years, each month for lunch. Everything we have ever ordered is always fresh & delicious. Our all time favorite is the Malin salad with grilled chicken. The balsamic vinaigrette is to die for. Also they have the best chicken salad wraps & turkey club wrap with chipotle mayo.
