“The Village Cafe is one of my favorite places for breakfast and lunch. A true hidden treasure in the heart of Ansonia. The quality of the food made here is second to none, and the value for what you pay can't be beat. I always order the house salad with grilled chicken & my co workers love the chicken breakfast burrito, but we have tried pretty much everything on the menu and it is all equally as good. The Village Cafe team is top notch and I am so thankful to have such a wonderful place nearby.“

“We’ve been going here for about 4 years and are never disappointed. My husband and I love their Spanish options (best huevos rancheros I’ve been able to find outside of New York), but they also have eggs, pancakes, and other “classic” items. And this is just their breakfast menu! Their lunch items are just as delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, service is fast even on a busy day, we LOVE all of the sauces on every table, it’s always clean, and they add new dishes pretty often to keep their menu fresh. Can’t say enough good things about them!“

“I ordered tea online on a whim, and wow, am I impressed! I live in central Massachusetts but I will most definitely take a drive down to Connecticut to see the cafe in person. The teas are divine, and the chocolate is out of this world. I could tell that it was packaged with love and care, could literally feel the good vibes oozing out of the box into the air. “Came to do trivia visiting from San Diego, CA. I gotta say what a good time! They have great food, greater drinks and impeccable service. Our server was Michelle and she was fantastic! We ordered the fish and chips and the turkey sub with fries. Both were delightful! We came in last place for trivia and got a consolation prize! ? Great times, good food, good people. Highly recommend for a casual night out for food and drinks!“

“Our company has been using Cafe 4 catering for years, each month for lunch. Everything we have ever ordered is always fresh & delicious. Our all time favorite is the Malin salad with grilled chicken. The balsamic vinaigrette is to die for. Also they have the best chicken salad wraps & turkey club wrap with chipotle mayo. All their sandwiches are great! Do yourself a favor & stop in for lunch, you will not be disappointed!“

Nice enclosed but out door area with seating. 8 large screen tvs and a projector used for many activities sports, presentations, DJs. Great for a nice cool out lounge. Even better for events as well. Food is delicious and freshly made. Without a doubt the worth the wait. Wait time for food is minimal not excessive. Wait times for seating depending on event. Great hospitality.“

“I recently ordered a Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla & wings from Zee's. If you like spicy, this Quesadilla is for you! It was more than worth the price; it had great flavor, & it was packed! That was one big Quesadilla! I shared it with someone, because it was too much for me. Oh by the way, the garlic parm wings, & mild wings were delicious too! Don't sleep on Zee's food. It's fantastic. Also of note, check out their specialty drinks. Always something new & delicious to try!“

“I do a lot of corporate catering for my Business meetings and though I do like PANERA, I feel in recent years the service and quality has suffered, but today I met an amazing manager at the Southbury, Connecticut location named Paige She was kind, empathetic, smart efficient, and worked with me on a last-minute change when most Panera managers would have said no she was even shorthanded that day as she was working the line with her coworkers like a great leader and still stopped to help me with a last-minute change to my order that experience will have me coming back. Paige was awesome.“
