“The best doughnuts I’ve ever had. Super soft and had great flavors. Got a bunch of different flavors, each was amazing.

Expensive, about $3.3-4 a doughnut.

Cookies and cream and sesame were my personal favorites.“

The breakfast tacos were super interesting and the breakfast sandwich was made with crispy bacon and your choice of breads/toast, cheese and eggs however you like them. Service was super polite, efficient, and there when you need them. About 8 tables in a modern space with background music that is just a touch loud.“

“We have been coming to the Westport Library Café for so many years — from when our child was in elementary school all the way until going off to college. Throughout all these years, we’ve enjoyed meals and snacks here, and we’ve never once gotten tired of the food. Everything always tastes fresh and delicious, and the experience is consistently wonderful. This café has truly become part of our family’s memories and milestones. We’re so grateful to have such a place in our community!“

“We just had lunch at Elvira's today. The sandwiches were DELICIOUS. I had the hot dog with sauerkraut and onions, my sister had the portabella mushrooms and mozzarella sandwich, my husband had BLT and my brother-in-law had tuna salad. Crunchy onion rings and Joey's famous fries were super good. Everything was delicious. It was easy to order on line and our "server" Sam treated us like family. Great service, easy to order, the food was yummy and we ate it by the beach. What could be better?“

The wait staff was attentive and I will be back if for nothing other than to grab another helping of the fried artichokes. Parking can be a little iffy as the dedicated lot is small, but we were easily able to park on the street outside the restaurant.“

But today, we were served by a girl who was on the her phone gossiping with someone the entire time, she even had the phone on speaker. And I would not have cared about it if we would have at least gotten water. She didn’t even asked if we wanted anything, didn’t brought us water at any point, and was being very loud on the phone.“

“Tiny coffee joint on Elm Street in bustling downtown New Canaan offering authentic Italian coffee and delicious baked specialties. Not only breakfast items but yummy looking salads and paninis as well! Really small cost indoor seating area and a small patio seating area make this potentially better for take out than dine in. “I recently went to the Crown Cafe for breakfast sandwiches. I called in the order on the phone and everything was ready when I got there. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the buns were fresh. The prices were very reasonable as well. Hope to go back soon.“

I ordered their seasonal maple latte and it was perfect! It’s hard to find good quality espresso in CT with house made syrups so this was a gem. If you’re looking for specialty coffee Neat is the place! If you like diner coffee stay away 😂“

“Yeah it is a cafe where you are captive in the aquarium, but we thought our food was very good considering we had low expectations. The clam chowder was delicious and our daughter enjoyed her Mac and cheese kids meal. Food is pricey because you’re stuck in the aquarium with little other options available but at least we felt it was decent.“
