This place looks poorly attended. It’s always something missing like coffee, hot water, coffee lids, brown sugar or cream. Many times few items missing at the same time. Coffee is cold most of the times.
If you ask staff about those they give you attitudes. This place is not clean, nice and friendly like it used to be. :((

Panera Bread is a restaurant known for its food and the kindness of its staff. The food is always very consistent and fresh. This location is by far the best Panera considering atmosphere, as it feels so cozy but also very stylish with a fireplace and outdoor seating. The large interior has different sections and is always very clean with full selections exhibited. The staff is very friendly and fast working. It is a favorite hangout cafe in Fairfield for many, with a large enough parking lot that makes it very convenient. The Mediterranean sandwich, tomato soup, and salads are some of the options. Despite occasional shortages in some menu items, the team handles the situation with understanding.
