“Lisa has developed a unique and delicious vegan burger that this unlike anything else on the market anywhere. While many other veggie burgers are high in carbohydrates and/or fat, the Beastie Burger is high in protein and low in fat and carbs, and it tastes fantastic. Even my friends who are not vegan or vegetarian love them!! I always have some in my freezer and I pull them out and make them whenever I need a quick, satisfying meal that tastes amazing. “My husband surprised me with a dinner gathering at Red Lotus. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by two staff members and the owner Larry. Gary was our server who I must say was by far the best server we have ever had. Gary and Larry truly made us feel like we were the only ones there (they had a full house) the food was delicious we were a party of 8 and all had different plates none of us were disappointed with our food. The presentation of the plates were beautiful! Larry made sure to come to our table and assure we were satisfied with our food and service took time out to talk with us and build a relationship. Thank you Red Lotus from an amazing experience and phenomenal customer service.“

“4 of us had dinner last night, food was excellent! The eggplant rollatini was stuffed with ricotta, tender eggplant and delicious sauce. My husband had sausage & mushroom pizza. Nice crust, just enough toppings and again, that sauce! Fried calamari was tender & crispy. 6 nice size shrimp in the cocktail. If I had anything to complain about it would be the cocktail sauce was a bit wimpy for my taste. More horseradish, guys! Lol Service was super, empty glasses and plates were removed after we finished. Cozy atmosphere, nice music at a good volume. I highly recommend the place! <3“

“Delicious food!! The appetizer was good, crab rangoons fresh and tasty. Filling was delicious, cooked properly, and the sweet & sour sauce was very good. For dipping the Rangoon, chicken fingers or sweet and sour dishes..... That sauce is delicious. The General Taos and orange chicken are crispy and tasty, perfectly spicy and just the right amount of that sticky brown sauce. The rice was cooked perfectly, fresh and not stale and sitting around for days, it had no dry stale parts. Seasoned properly and made with fresh ingredients, the rice and the veggies were perfect. Great place for takeout“

“Living in Shelton for many years but first time here-very good Chinese food for a reasonable price-we had spring rolls wonton soup shrimp with lobster sauce and the triple seafood-all good. We did takeout. Will return.“

“Food was great. Service was good. Apps out quickly. Entrees took a while and did not come out all at once. It's loud but we could hear each other fine at the table. My only real issue was that it was absolutely freezing. The whole restaurant was cold but our section in the party room was very uncomfortable.“
