HARI and ALEX were wonderful servers—very friendly, attentive, and especially kind to the kids. The kids also received lots of goodies, which was such a sweet and unexpected surprise.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Great food, wonderful service, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Really enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back!“

Split the sweet potato pancakes. It was pancake with mashed sweet potato. The pancakes were well made fluffy and moist.
And had the grits with the “fried chicken”
Grits were flavorful, the fried chicken was fried oyster mushrooms and paired really well.
Highly recommend this place to vegans and vegetarians alike.“

“Lisa has developed a unique and delicious vegan burger that this unlike anything else on the market anywhere. While many other veggie burgers are high in carbohydrates and/or fat, the Beastie Burger is high in protein and low in fat and carbs, and it tastes fantastic. Even my friends who are not vegan or vegetarian love them!! I always have some in my freezer and I pull them out and make them whenever I need a quick, satisfying meal that tastes amazing. “First, to call SOB a hidden gem would be doing it a disservice, per all the five-star reviews! The better term is off the beaten path, but undoubtedly worth a purposeful trip. I am admittedly a bit of a sandwich snob, and Michelle's porchetta special did NOT disappoint. As a matter of fact, she was so genuinely charming and sincere in her description of it, that all three of us ordered the exact same thing, and the full-size grinder at that. This was a BIG sandwich, even by my standards, and the components were all top-notch. Somehow, the meat was still juicy and tender, even sliced thin and griddled on the flat top. The provolone was melted nicely, and the marinated peppers had just enough bite to balance the richness. She gave us a cup of au jus for dipping as well, which was greatly appreciated. Taste and value aside, Michelle may just be the start of the show. Her hospitable kindness and welcoming spirit made the food even better, to the effect that we were already planning our next visit before we even left. “My husband surprised me with a dinner gathering at Red Lotus. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by two staff members and the owner Larry. Gary was our server who I must say was by far the best server we have ever had. Gary and Larry truly made us feel like we were the only ones there (they had a full house) the food was delicious we were a party of 8 and all had different plates none of us were disappointed with our food. The presentation of the plates were beautiful! Larry made sure to come to our table and assure we were satisfied with our food and service took time out to talk with us and build a relationship. “4 of us had dinner last night, food was excellent! The eggplant rollatini was stuffed with ricotta, tender eggplant and delicious sauce. My husband had sausage & mushroom pizza. Nice crust, just enough toppings and again, that sauce! Fried calamari was tender & crispy. 6 nice size shrimp in the cocktail. If I had anything to complain about it would be the cocktail sauce was a bit wimpy for my taste. More horseradish, guys! Lol Service was super, empty glasses and plates were removed after we finished. Cozy atmosphere, nice music at a good volume. I highly recommend the place! <3“

The vegetable fried rice was so impressive, with all fresh hand cut vegetables including snow peas and zucchini and bean sprouts +++ and the Gen Tsao’s chicken was an absolute taste sensation!! Best I’ve had in years!!!
