Extremely great service 98% of the time . Amazing drinks all the time , love the atmosphere as well if anything this place is too packed when u r trying to get in n out quickly. Def a must try if u r in Naugatuck or in the valley at all come check it out !! It beats Dunkin & Starbucks bye leaps n bounds !! I love grabbing matcha’s & coffees DAILY , staff is top notch. Do yourself a favor and get yourself some of there flavor … 🫶🏼
Took a date to here on Saturday, they didn't seam to have an issues with trans individuals. They were very kind and friendly, but when I was looking for food the cashier didn't offer any suggestions or ask if they could help so that was a little weird. My date and I both got iced lattes, I got the almond joy and she got the Nutella. Almond joy was good but the Nutella tasted like pop corn, they may use a higher hazelnut syrup and not as much mocha to cover the taste....
I have been to The Loaded Goat a handful of times now. Always a great experience, but today the woman who took care of my order (twice in one day because I happened to drop my first drink on the sidewalk...haha) went completely out of her way to show kindness to me today. That is very much appreciated. Atmosphere is great, many specialty drinks to chose from, and friendly employees. I will be back again soon.
