Worst dunkin experience . Ordered all messed up , food is subpar and poorly made , and the customer service was awful . One of the employees was giving out food with no bag or sticker to random customers , someone else left with my hashbrowns and i ended up with someone’s bagel bites that i had to give to the right customer . Not to mention waiting almost 15 minutes for two bagels , an iced tea , and a hashbrown . And when i was confused when i was handed unmarked bagel bites i didn’t order , the employee shot me a nasty glare . I hope from the bottom of my heart every single one of these employees gets fired and replaced .

The woman with glasses working the front and drive through was rude, passive aggressive, ignored me when I went to pick up my order, and when I was polite she was swift and dismissive because I was doing a doordash order. I’ll never go to this Dunkin again, for any reason.

Worst Dunkin experience of my life and disgusting human behavior.

Her attitude was disgusting on a Sunday morning and I hope if she has kids she doesn’t take that attitude home with her.

I have dietary restriction I have ask to have a drink made a certain way and they agreed I brought in the cup with the label from the last time and gave it to the cashier she ordered it took along time because some of the worker were just walking around when they made it said lite ice then they made it with sparkling water I can not have I told to just keep and walked out I asked for the miner to talk to someone and the manager was rude like usual she is the reason this store has so many problems I have been spending a lot of money here I had over 10000 points I will never be back.

They consistently screw up your order. Forget to put donuts in the bag, put the wrong donut. Add too much sugar and syrup into your coffee. I spent $5.50 on a latte that was just all syrup. Waste of money. The last time I was here will be the very last time. I hate it so much. The employees obviously don’t care about what product is going out of about the customer. If you hate your job find another one but don’t take it out on the people ordering coffee. How do you mess up on drip coffee??? I will never go back to this location ever again. Good riddance

Yeah…….it’s Dunkin so I don’t expect much when it comes to customer service. This one, however, takes the cake for the worst I’ve gotten in a while. Every employee was arguing with each other when I got to the counter, and continued when I was leaving. Me ordering my bagel felt like an interruption to some ratchet reality show going on behind the counter. Customer service was so weak, as if it’s hard to just smile. How I received my order was a girl screaming, “everything with cream cheese”, literally threw the bag at me and walked away. You have a great day too! Clowns.

I’m extremely upset with this Dunkin. I’m not going to get too personal but my family has lost our father. My sister was a regular customer and the she woke up very upset and looked forward going to Dunkin for her coffee and a bagel to help cheer her up. the fact that this team was extremely rude to her, snarky, and talking about her while she walked into the store getting her bagel remade is absurd. This is unprofessional and disgusting. I’m sorry but the hospitality was awful. Managers you need to do better with correcting your employees. If you’re that miserable working for Dunkin and dealing with people get another job. You NEVER know what someone is going through, and that measly coffee and bagel really was something she needed to pick her up for the day. We are never coming here again.
