Hi this nooh i ordered online in November 13th morning I order egg and cheese with croissant and idk how remove the bacon online so I tried to call the store no answer so I went to there through the drive through i told her I don't want bacon in my food they so bad with me tow lady's

Read the reviews, this is THE worst Dunkin location, bar none. Do not come here. Yet again, another breakfast sandwich missing from an order. How do you allow the most expensive item you make to be forgotten on the order?
Corporate needs to get involved at this point.
Why are you placing the order on the pickup counter without first guaranteeing all the items are in the bag? Failure from management to properly instruct, failure from employees to properly inspect. Unacceptable either way, and I’m out another $8.00 and still hungry.

Do not come here in the late morning or afternoon. The drive through consistently takes 30-45 minutes to get through. By far the worst drive through experience of any Dunkin’s I’ve been too.

CUSTOMER SERVICE Not very organized very Rude I had to wait 25 min before I got my coffee and Bagel Store is very dirty in the front Donuts not very Organized .
Do not purchase coffee at this location Hair was in my coffee also my coffee was toasted almond they me coffee watered down straight black coffee with hair inside no flavor at all
The girl working for on sept, 30th was so rude and disrespectful and this was the second time I had this issue with her she has horrible people skills I don’t recommend this place to anyone………

Good morning Dunking Donuts Corporation unfortunately this morning I don't have good news on the new manager at this specifically the girl with all tattoos on her neck as a New Britain resident myself the owner of a transport company and my family all stop at this Dunkin location including my mother whom operates a major corporation for the Jews in Simsbury CT she stops at this Dunkin and places two orders every morning through drive thru one for herself and one for her multimillionaire bosses every day with a wonderful young lady Ashland whom I might add is brilliant and knows everyone's orders by head A+ Ashland but unfortunately this new manager was very rude to my mother 68 years old and would not take her order in drive Thru and proceeded to be rude and interrupted her and when pulled to the window this THUG WITH TATTOOS which whom should not be in charge of Dunkin CLOSED the window on my mother while she was talking I was extremely disappointed at this person's behavior and vowd to report this act to Dunkin Donuts Corporation as my family also owns Dunkin Donut franchises 7 stores in Massachusetts.

Worst dunkin experience . Ordered all messed up , food is subpar and poorly made , and the customer service was awful . One of the employees was giving out food with no bag or sticker to random customers , someone else left with my hashbrowns and i ended up with someone’s bagel bites that i had to give to the right customer . Not to mention waiting almost 15 minutes for two bagels , an iced tea , and a hashbrown . And when i was confused when i was handed unmarked bagel bites i didn’t order , the employee shot me a nasty glare . I hope from the bottom of my heart every single one of these employees gets fired and replaced .

The woman with glasses working the front and drive through was rude, passive aggressive, ignored me when I went to pick up my order, and when I was polite she was swift and dismissive because I was doing a doordash order. I’ll never go to this Dunkin again, for any reason.
Worst Dunkin experience of my life and disgusting human behavior.
Her attitude was disgusting on a Sunday morning and I hope if she has kids she doesn’t take that attitude home with her.

I have dietary restriction I have ask to have a drink made a certain way and they agreed I brought in the cup with the label from the last time and gave it to the cashier she ordered it took along time because some of the worker were just walking around when they made it said lite ice then they made it with sparkling water I can not have I told to just keep and walked out I asked for the miner to talk to someone and the manager was rude like usual she is the reason this store has so many problems I have been spending a lot of money here I had over 10000 points I will never be back.

They consistently screw up your order. Forget to put donuts in the bag, put the wrong donut. Add too much sugar and syrup into your coffee. I spent $5.50 on a latte that was just all syrup. Waste of money. The last time I was here will be the very last time. I hate it so much. The employees obviously don’t care about what product is going out of about the customer. If you hate your job find another one but don’t take it out on the people ordering coffee. How do you mess up on drip coffee??? I will never go back to this location ever again. Good riddance
