West Hartford: Honestly highly disappointing. Ice cream not labeled well, no signs inside, ice cream was half melted, $6 for one small scoop, about 10 people working and no one leading. The owner was there I think and she had to tell someone to ring me up as I looked around standing there. I got chocolate PB and there was maybe one small piece of PB. Not worth it.
