Unfortunately House of Goats was a complete waste of time. My sister and I arrived around 515pm excited to see what this place was about. We arrived to locked doors. My sister called the number listed to confirm the time listed on the flyer for happy hour and was told that they would try to call to confirm someone was inside. The cook came and let us in and told us the bartender would be in shortly. We were not even offered a glass of water. We waited 40 minutes and the bartender never arrived. We left very disappointed.

Didn't get a chance to experience ?. Walked in the same time as the owner, was there for a birthday celebration for brunch. Left within 10 minutes, came back at 4pm still no customers or music. Reviews are misleading. Maybe Sundays are not the day to visit for the first time.
$10 cover charge on a Sunday night. DJ playing Latin music and rap; people dancing, vaping, hookah, club kind of vibe. Choices of beer were basic but taps were out of service or something. Tried ordering a cocktail I saw on their online menu, bartender didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Ordered a basic cocktail instead, got it in plastic cup. Fine place if you're looking for basic vodka + juice, club vibe, and you don't want to go to Hartford, but not a place for nice cocktails or beer (at least on weekends).
