My grilled fish tacos had a half of a roach in it… which leaves me to question where the other half may be…please see attached picture. Its covered in sauce and I did not want to touch it but it clearly has little legs/antenna in there… I am mortified that I have ordered from this place multiple times. I tried to call the restaurant to notify them of the discovery so they can look into it and be aware of the problem. After a minute of the phone ringing they just picked up...read full review

Las Tortas MX, Fowl Play offers huge portions of fresh, delicious Mexican food. The best nachos, tortas, rice bowl, Birria Quesadilla, and tacos al Pastor are all great. The red salsa is amazing. The meat—chorizo, al pastor, carnitas tacos—is just as good as anything in California. The OG sandwich and pimento Mac are also delicious. The food has that real Mexican flavor and is always on point. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating. The restaurant is located inside building number 222, which looks like a regular apartment building or store front. The Birria Quesadilla is flavorful, though some wish it came with radishes or cucumbers and more lime. These small things are not a deal breaker compared to the flavors in the meat and consommé.
