Worst Starbucks employees out there. This morning, instead of turning off their online order system, they kept it on, and I had ordered an iced chai through the mobile app. When I came, they said they were closed. Mind you, it was 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday. I asked for a refund then because my order went through for this location, and they refused to give it to me. I normally don’t write reviews but this is the worst Starbucks to ever exist and of course it’s the only coffee option on campus. The app always says they are sold out of things that they aren’t sold out of because they don’t want you ordering ahead. No one cares about how they make the drinks, I have received incorrect food orders multiple times, and on top of that you will wait forever. There needs to be more coffee options on campus it shouldn't take forty minutes for a coffee
