Cava was the perfect setting for taking a couple of friends out to dinner for their birthday. Cava made 7 ladies very happy. Food, service, ambience made for a very special evening.
Consistent to good all around - all four of us were very pleased with the service the food and the overall experience ! We will be back
The food is delicious both for lunch and dinner! The chicken scarpariello was prepared well and plentiful. Our friends enjoyed the shrimp scampi and salmon as well. The coconut and chocolate gelato was wonderfully refreshing. I recommend this restaurant.
Food was delicious and service was very good. A bit on the pricey side for a basic dish but otherwise it was a good experience. We would go back again.
Food is really good and the service is acceptable. But, the noise level is so loud it's hard to hear your dinner companions.
The restaurant had a great vibe. It was full when we arrived, our table was ready and service was excellent. I can highly recommend the chicken parm- delicious
Cava has the potential to be a lovely restaurant. But the food is mediocre and occasionally poor and the dining room can be uncomfortably cool on cold winter days. Just when you want it to be warm and inviting.
Visited prior; great menu; now changed. Poor holiday decorations; diminished atmosphere (no tablecloths; left to Hispanic music playing. Just not a good holiday experience! Of all suggested recommendations that may apply, none do.
Overall excellent. Every time. Just a great place with great food and friendly efficient service. What's not to like.
We sat outside. The tables are plastic (could use table clothes) and not level due to the curb outside the restaurant. The food was ok. I had the special watermelon arugula salad. Nice presentation but something I always make at home. Then I had the special lobster and shrimp homemade fettuccine special. The shrimp were overcooked and there was no distinct flavor for the pasta. My husband had the eggplant parm app and a decent burger. Overall, it was good but not great.

The girls and our waiter on the outside patio were excellent in every way. I especially appreciated their decorum. Equal to what one would experience at a 5 star NYC restaurant and what one hopes to experience in all restaurants.
I was really looking forward to eating here after checking the menu online. The place was really nice & staff was pleasant, but the food....TERRIBLE! 4 of the 6 of us ordered fish dishes & had the same opinion. Fish did not taste fresh at all & most was inedible. My husband's seafood risotto stunk like fish & he sent it back. After one bite of my scallops I couldnt eat more because of the taste. The 2 other dishes the shrimp was tough & tasted like clorox. I was so disappointed with our experience & would not go back.

All four of us had an enjoyable evening at Cava! The food was delicious and plentiful (fried artichokes and mussels to start); chicken scarpariello entree was so good as well as gelato and profiteroles for dessert. Our server was professional, cordial and unobtrusive. We will definitely return!
We were invited to Cava Wine Bar, and we were excited to be in one so famous restaurant between Harvest, Scena, and Southbay. We loved Southbay, and we had very high expectations, and they didn't disappoint us. Every dish was delicious, perfect portions. Cocktails are strong and flavorful. 4 starts only because the desert menu wasn't very impressive, but mango and raspberry sorbet are delicious.
