Their chicken with broccoli was super bland
Made sick. Maybe the pasty rice, fake shrimp, mushy spring role. Still recovering toxin? No idea why someone would do this to me. Horrible experience.

Impressive service and high end and well prepared Asian food. They have some great Thai inspired dishes a well as more traditional American Chinese dishes.

Went for lunch and we ordered 3 dishes and they only brought out 2. When we asked the waiter said oh I didn't think you wanted the 3. He didn't offer to get it for us. I ordered fried rice and all it was was white rice and some egg added to it. Was not worth the money they charged us. Service was not good at all. The waiter was sitting and talking to the cook and bartender. I will not be returning.

Love their food, their fried rice is fresh not over saturated with soy sauce, their dishes are simple and clean and their sauces are delish!

It's extremely hard to find a good Chinese place in the US, and especially in the northeast. This little place in New Canaan is literally the best Chinese place I know of in the tri-state area. The service is amazing, and the food is delicious and extremely flavorful. Be prepared to pay some high prices, it's not your typical Chinese place. But these prices are totally worth it. We've been there no less than 25 times in the last 5 or 6 years. And will continue to go there

Not coming back again. Our waitress who was also the maitre d was beyond rude to a point as if she didn't want to bother with us. I had to flag her down to ask would she recommend the fish or the chicken dish on the lunch menu or which dish was most ordered. She replied that one is fish and one is chicken they both good. She never came back to the table to check on us once we placed our order. Another waitress pass by so I asked if I can have some chopsticks for my appetizers and she didn't answer me and walked off so after we ate the appetizers, she passed by again and threw down two pair of chopsticks on the table. Granted it's not a high-end restaurant but it's still in the service industry. What really was crazy it's the fact that she came by and took my plate but I haven't done eating! The place was not packed and nobody was waiting for a table yet from the second we sat down to the second we left we were rushed. I still gave her a 20% tip even though she did not deserved it. Needless to say I am very disappointed because based on the reviews I was expecting more. We came here because it was the same ownership as Uncle 7 in the Sono Mall but very different in food and service. I would definitely go back to Uncle 7 in Norwalk but never coming here again.

Their food is so good I drive out of my way from NY to pick up or eat from here.

We are long time customers of the restaurant. Food is typically good when they get your order correct. Unfortunately, that is rarely the case. We often get home to find missing dishes. It then takes multiple phone calls to get a refund issued. Customer service is terrible.Tonight was icing on the cake. After waiting 40 minutes for our take-out order we realized when we got home that we were given the wrong order. Called the restaurant to try to get it sorted. Receptionist hung up on us twice after we explained the situation. On the third call we were able to confirm that our order was still at the restaurant. The staff was far more concerned with trying to identify the order we were given than apologizing for their error. Word to the wise — closely inspect all take-out orders before leaving the restaurant.
The lunch menu was very low priced and filling, but the taste itself is average. They really can't make spicy food, even if they offer to do so. The ambience is aesthetic and lively, even on a weekday afternoon. The view of the street is enjoyable.
