Night crew workers are very sweet and quick, coffee was great!

The lady behind the counter got mad at me because she had to stop stuffing her face with munchkins to take my order. She yelled to a coworker "I work in New Canaan where these stupid people don't know how to do anything for themselves, like use a kiosk."Since when is it too much work for a cashier to do their job? People like her make me wish minimum wage was lower

Stopped there for gas on May 27, 2023 at 6:15,my husband ordered a coffee and tried to use his app to get a free refresher with his purchase. The girl behind the counter was rude and didn't want to be bothered. There's so many people looking for work. If you don't want your job the stop taking up positions that could be useful to others.

Worst service, we are 6 people traveling, stopped here for a coffee and snacks for small kid, the lady working there so disrespectful. We went through each order, and she outright said nothing available except black coffee she is mean. Never visiting again.

Terrible customer service !

Worst employees ever. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter while 7 employees sat around on their phones. Got an attitude once someone finally helped me. Took forever and heard all the employees talking trash about the customers. Do yourself a favor and go to the next one.

I stoppedTo get a cup ofCoffee on 1/223 and all 3 employees were sitting down playingOn their phones. I waited 2 minutes and no employee recognized me. I asked a patron if anyone was working here and 1 of the 3 sitting down must have heard me.. al 3 approached the counter and askedIf it looked like anyone was working here to which I repliedNo . I was tolld to go to the next Dunkin’ because I was notGetting anythingHere.

Horrible service, I had to order two orders because in the first order I had forgotten an item, the cashier girl who has a butterfly tattooed below her neck whispered “motherfuc…”, was clearly nervous because I didn’t order in one order only, I was kind and polite and the least I expect is a good service, I will not come back to this place again
