Along with those in Darien, Larchmont, and Westport, this fish monger is a spin off of the Fjord in Cos Cob. While not quite on the scale of Cos Cob the New Canaan location offers the same variety and high quality as the original. While not a restaurant, it offers take-out lobster dinners, hot and cold lobster rolls, fish and chips, fried-shrimp boxes, and bisques and chowders. Terrific fresh fish. You pay for the quality, but it is worth it. Excellent sushi. Fast, friendly service. The Fjord dip is about as good as such things get. This is a great lunch option in New Canaan.
It's the best place if you want to buy fresh fish. The people work here are friendly and helped us on buying fish and cut them for us as per our need. Will definitely recommend for everyone.
