Joe's has the best pizza in Connecticut! I always get a small "NY Style Cheese Pizza" with Pepperoni that can easily feed two people. RéNapoli (Margherita Pizza) is a second choice fave pizza in Connecticut. I'm unsure about Connecticuters' love of Connecticut Hot Oil Pizza at Riko's, and Sally's Apizza or Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana but not my taste.

Nice flavor with the margarita pizza and the crust was well done.Also tried their hot oil pizza, great spice level, as an Asian I was in heaven..Friday nights are busy but they got my order ready on time as stated.. Also they customize pasta, we are vegetarians and happy to have found a place that truly caters to their customers

I live in Las Vegas but I'm visiting family in CT and was told I had to try Joe's Detroit style pizza. We got it with pepperoni and tomatoes and it was phenomenal! Easily one of the best pizzas I've ever had including many many places here in CT. Crust was light and buttery, pepperoni was extra crispy and the sauce was just perfect. Highly recommend and can't wait to get it again before I leave. (May even move back to CT to get it once a week...)

Walked in friday night and they were running on all cylinders everybody working and moving around, and when an elderly lady came in they brought her back to see one of the chefs and expedited her order despite all the chaos- I ordered some slices to go and, as a self proclaimed pizza conissuer, I was very impressed with the quality of the ingredients and crust. Fresh bright tomato sauce and salty tender crust. I could taste their commitment to doing a good job. I'll be back for more!

Closest thing to Detroit style pizza you can find in this area! Crispy crust with cheese and tomato sauce on top. Very nice. This is a take out only place so don't come in expecting to sit. You will also have to pay for this specialty pizza-it's pricey. However if, like me, you have a yearning for good Detroit style pizza this is definitely a place to satisfy that desire.

Went to pick up food on day before Thanksgiving. Staff were working at top speed and so busy, but still produced great pasta, wings, and pies. We ate next day on Thanksgiving. I put an egg on the truffle slice. Damn.

Geez Louise! Amazing pizza at Joe's! The sauce, the cheese, the crust - it's all wonderfully fresh and flavorful! The awning outside gives it an old world feel almost instilling the excitement of a carnival. Service is efficient and well-run. I highly recommend the pizza but I am going to try their other menu items like signature wings, Mac and cheese bites, and the buffalo chicken tenders.

This is the best pizza in New Canaan! You can definitely taste the high quality ingredients. There is something for everyone, even if you don't want pizza. The salads, sandwiches and hot dishes are outstanding. Well done!

Joe's is by far the best pizzeria in all of Fairfield County, CT! The variety of different pie's is unmatched, and each is great! My favorite is the Brooklyn Sicilian and Grandma Pie. The service is always excellent, and Lorenzo the owner is the nicest guy!!!
