I’m not sure if the issue was a lack of training or something deeper, but the experience was uncomfortable. The staff gave me a latte while claiming it was an Americano, and when I asked for clarification, they just stared at me blankly as if I had said something wrong. On top of that, we were the only ones who didn’t have our coffee and food brought to the table or even get our order called out. It felt especially discouraging since we were also the only Asian customers there.

I've seen this place go through highs and lows over the years. It's always a solid spot for a quick bite though. Maybe not on weekends when it can be a bit crazy. The current staff is friendly. Definitely miss Sean though.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with cold disregard. I greeted Ms. Rosado politely with a “Hello,” yet received no acknowledgment in return—no greeting, no smile, nothing. This is basic customer service, and it was entirely absent.
I had ordered three brioches, and only two were available on display. I specifically asked if there were more being prepared, but instead of checking or even responding helpfully, she simply placed two in the bag without a word. When I inspected my order and noticed one of the croissants I paid for was missing, I brought it to her attention. Her reaction? A dirty look—no apology, no accountability. Just more rudeness.
This isn’t an isolated incident. I have lost count of how many times I’ve had to double-check my order at this store, only to find that items I paid for were missing. On several occasions, I’ve had to drive back just to retrieve products that should have been in the bag in the first place. I’m tired of it. I shouldn’t have to supervise your staff to make sure they’re doing their job.

For some reason a couple of side dishes came out well before the main meal but overall it was not that big of a deal. I have never experienced that quite like that before. The experience and the ambiance were very nice and I plan on returning again.

I never ever get stomach issues after eating out. Had breakfast here for the first time and was sick all day. Had a cappuccino, ham and cheese croissant and a French donut. I felt the croissant and the French donut were very oily when I was eating them, that’s whats causing my stomach pain all day. Cute place food presentation is exceptional and the service was amazing, can’t say i would eat here again.
