The food was delicious. I had the original fried chicken sandwich and shoestring fries, which were both hot, fresh, savory, and deliciously salty. Free ice water by registers, and other bottled and fountain beverages. The place was very clean and well-kept, as well as their restroom. The service was amazing, our food was served quickly, and the workers were friendly. I would 100% recommend for anyone to eat here.
Dietary restrictions: There is an option to have dairy free cheese on your sandwiches if you are lactose intolerant or vegan.
Parking: There were not many spots, and the spots were a little tight. Though, you can also park in front of the building, which eliminates any need to complain.
Kid-friendliness: There are free candies at the front register for children to take a piece, and with kids meals a kinder joy egg and a juice or choice. Portions are well sized for both kids and adults meals.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no needed stairs to enter or exit the building, and there is lots of room inside the building to access seating and move wherever needed if in a wheelchair.

Awesome! My son and I shared the original chicken sandwich, Oklahoma burger, and tater tots. The dark meat for the chicken sandwich makes all of the difference! Super tender, moist, and flavorful. The Oklahoma burger with fried onions and spicy BBQ (very mild spice) was fantastic! Not something I could have come with, but works great! The tater tots were super crispy outside, soft warm inside... I ate too way many of them... haha. Staff are super friendly. Highly recommend.

Maddie's has great food - the chicken nuggets are like an elevated version of McDonald's nuggets. Tater tots super crispy. Love the single patty burger with avocado and grilled onions, so good! Leaving a review today to recognize a great employee, Anthony, who we encountered today during our visit. Very customer focused, eager to please, helpful - he went the extra mile which you don't often see in the service business. Great young guy, an asset for Maddie's!

The sandwiches were delicious and filling! It has a whole fried chicken thigh, perfectly fried and hot, with all the fixings. I liked the Korean style the best which had a slaw and gochujang sauce which wasn’t too spicy. The place was clean and service was fast. The milkshakes were yummy too. We will definitely visit again!

They do everything better than Shake Shack...the smashburgers, the fries (they have sweet potato firs AND tots which are excellent), and they even have the same Korean chicken sandwich as SS but night & day better. Smashburgers are more substantial and better prepared. Only thing is that they never seem that busy so I hope they'll be able to stick around in an expensive town like New Canaan.

Milkshakes are really good, the burger is only okay, nothing special. And the burger is quite small. More of a snack than a meal. (The Kobe burger at Spiga down the street is awesome!)Please offer whole grain bread. Tried to order grilled cheese on whole grain for my kids but only white bread is offered, so we declined.Will keep returning for the shakes and fries, and if there’s some improvement to the burgers and other offerings, we will try again.

Food was amazing. I had the original fried chicken sandwich and my girlfriend had the california burger. The chicken was decently sized and crispy but juicy at the same time. Great flavor. California burger was great as well. Buns were nice and soft. Mac and cheese fritter were good too. Place was extremely clean and staff was very friendly. They allowed our dog to come in to stay put of the heat. Even offered him a small bowl of cold water as well. We will definitely be coming back for more.
