This is the best pizza: thickness of crust, toppings, freshness, friendliness of staff, ease of ordering, accuracy of orders, location, variety of menu items, and just overall experience.Nick and his team run a next level small business. My experience at this restaurant was very pleasant and enjoyable. The food was good and the service was excellent and quick. Moreover, our waitress was very helpful.
Today I went to Pinocchio Pizzeria in New Canaan for 1st Time. The service of the owner was horrible. Very rude. Very disrespectful and very impolite. If he doesn’t like his job he should sell his business because he doesn’t have idea how to treat a client. I will never go there. Not Recommend. ??

We ordered over $100.00 worth of pizza when they opened late that morning and asked for it to be delivered at a certain time because of a break between dance classes. No problem. 20 minutes later than when it should have been delivered, the pizza was still not even ready and we had to go and pick up because no one was able to deliver it. Owner was rude and didn’t care. Last time we go there. Suggest Joe’s or Dante’s
