I don't know what they put in the dressing, but the yellow fin tuna over salad was absolutely delicious (and beautiful!) it was a deconstructed salad with home grown, local tomatoes, frisbee lettuce, homemade croutons and the most beautifully colored yellow fin I've ever seen.
Everything I had here was really good. Everything from the guacamole to the cheesesteak. My only wish is that they served the waffle fries with everything! Great uplifting atmosphere as well.
Had a great lunch at the bar. Kicked things off with the Lobster Lollipop—bright and zesty with fresh-squeezed lime. The Hamachi Nachos followed and brought a clean, fresh flavor with just the right amount of heat. For mains, the Rocket Salad with rare-seared tuna was spot on, with sharp Parmesan adding a nice bite. The Uncorked Double Double Cheeseburger? Absolutely killer. Will definitely be back.
