How do you charge 15 dollars for a sandwich and mess it up that badly
Horrible Experience they served me chicken cutlets that were weeks old and had the texture of plastic. Will never go there again. Plus no one named Tony works there…..that should tell you everything you need to know.

$13.75 for a turkey sandwich is ridiculous. I understand inflation, but really? $3.75 for a can of iced tea? 18.78 for both? That’s just crazy. Stop it guys. Make money, but do t gouge.

I can't comment of the service or atmosphere, as I ordered via UE. However, the food was GROSS! Paid for an omelette with extra cheese and there was barely a normal amount. The worst was the French toast and sausage patty, which were totally burnt. Skip this trash place.

Best spot in town
I was working next-door ordered a pastrami and Swiss grinder. They called me back and told me they were out of grinder rolls so they had to make it on a roll so I said to myself OK great I really didn’t wanna spend 1450 for a grinder when they rung me out. It was $14 was told a role is $.50 cheaper than a grinder roll. OK whatever when I open the sandwich up I couldn’t see any cheese on it, when I called them and brought it back, they looked at it and told me the cheese had melted. That’s why I couldn’t see it. Or taste it apparently The cheese that they use melts and dissipates into thin air I had to threaten them to get my money back then went across the street and got an awesome hamburger for nine dollars. If the sandwich didn’t cost me $14 I would’ve never went back but a pastrami and Swiss on a hard roll for $14 when you can’t see or taste the cheese is outrageous
Such a great place with sooo many options including gluten free!
Really bad customer service from the girl at the cashier, she doesn’t know how to use the computer and she blame me

Love Tony's deli... food is amazing ?
Every time I visit New Canaan I stop by Tony’s to get their Joco wrap. The deli is always busy and the food is good quality. Because they are so busy, it can often be a bit of a wait for the food. When the weather is good, you can sit outside and check out the range of lux cars nearby.
The sandwiches are always amazing.
