Coffee!!!!! Delicious fresh brewed fresh ground coffee. The beans are great, we took the Brazilian home and it was so so good. They are coffee obsessed and we thank them for it.

Okay, so here’s the thing- Zumbachs is a New Canaan staple, it’s so cute, I find the smell so comforting, and all their beans/brewed hot coffees/espresso is good. But I tend to judge coffee places by their iced coffee, and I think we need to talk about the fact that their iced coffee is abysmal. I can tell it was brewed hot and then cooled down or poured over ice, and tastes like watery nothingness. It is so disappointing every time. If someone in charge reads the reviews, pleaaaase consider making a nice rich cold brew instead- it takes the same amount of effort and I think people would enjoy it a whole lot more. I spent almost $6 on a small iced coffee yesterday and I took one sip and threw the rest out because it was so bad.
