I just had dinner with my family at Portofino‘s restaurant in BETHEL and Alida and the staff couldn’t be any nicer. The food was absolutely fantastic Rocco the chef does everything to perfection in a relaxed atmosphere it was so pleasant we can’t wait to return you can’t go wrong with Portofino‘s
Received our ordered and it was wrong, which was not a huge deal but as we continued eating we found hairs in one of the appetizers and one of the kids meals. I would have excused one meal but two... Totally unacceptable and disgusting ! I called and since we ordered through their website which directs you to slicelife.com they would not refund us for either meal. They offered to give us a credit but since we do not plan on ever ordering from here again we declined.
Been going to Portifinos for years! Never disappoints! Poppy is the best! Always so gracious. Tony makes awesome pizza and delicious meals. Love the family atmosphere.
