I stopped by on Sunday expecting to come home with a delicious drink and a five-star review to share. Instead, I almost feel like I visited the wrong store. Could my mediocre experience match all these raving online reviews?To start, I entered this store and smelt what can only be compared to “nail polish.” The store had cute chairs and a vibrant menu, but I got the impression that perhaps, it wasn’t the cleanest.I ordered a Strawberry Milk Tea and at $5.50, the cost was decent.I stayed inside while the gentleman prepared my drink and I couldn’t help but noticed that nothing he pulled out of the fridge was wrapped or labeled. He also stirred my drink with a shared, small container on the counter and from what I can tell, the spoons weren’t sanitized, but were only soaking in water.In terms of the drink, only a small portion of strawberry jelly was added to the bottom of the tea. The drink didn’t look anything like the picture and when I tasted it, the drink tasted almost “chemically”—like a preserve you would find in most junk food.To be honest, if I’m in the area again, I’ll just save myself the trip and head to PapaTea at Danbury Fair. YoYo might have been a better experience in their “heyday,” but nothing about their shop or product impressed me.

The macaroons are amazing. I highly recommend you get one. The bubble teas is good too. The Oreo bubble tea was nothing to boast about kinda just tast d like Oreos and milk. I’m used to more of a blend or a flavored boba. All in all the brown sugar diamond bubble tea was amazing. This is one of those spots that actually uses real tea, as opposed to just milk and powder. Very good I will be going back.

Got the Diamond Brown Sugar Milk Tea. In my opinion it's overly sweet and the Boba is extremely small. You know how boba has big straws so the pearls can fit? You could use a regular straw from Starbucks and fit these pearls no problem. Also the amount of pearls was small compared to other boba shops.

One of the few places with good quality boba in like 1 hr from all directions. They have crystal boba and do honey instead of sugar if you ask. They also import good quality tea and are So Nice when you ask ?'s about if the herb jelly is ready lol as I love it and most places don't have it! Omg I'm so happy they are her

Went to this place for the first time, but we are going back again. Super cute place, nice and clean, and has friendly staff. We ordered Brown Sugar Bubble milk, and Pineapple and passion Green Tea. And it’s the best-tasting bubble tea I’ve ever had for this price. Plus, the quality of their cups and takeaway bags is high and good. I highly recommend this place.

this is the closest place to me (I live in Carmel, NY) that has the best boba drinks. I’ve been here twice and each time the staff is very nice and the drinks are delicious! I’ve had the Diamond Brown Sugar both times, they didn’t disappoint!! Prices are affordable and the place is so clean too. I’ll definitely be back ☺️
