This place is absolutely disgusting!! They do not care about how they're preparing your food!! Please do not ever buy from this place the food is oily no flavor and taste like chemical food products!! Protect yourself! Go somewhere else or pay a little more your life may depend on it!! Poor customer service as well I waited over an hour for my food and when it arrived, I tried eating it and threw the entire order in the garbage!! I feel sick!! Let's just stop eating this type of Chinese food! go to an authentic place instead

Their Chicken wings are very small, Hing Wah in Hamden their food is amazing. The guy in A-1 Oriental Kitchen is always miserable.

The service was great. The individuals were kind, the environment was very clean and the food seemed fresh, all of it was hot and freshly cooked. The location is unfortunately in an urban area where there’s heavy criminal activity but nevertheless, criminals have to eat too lol. I’d definitely go again and the prices are not excessive; very reasonable.

The food there is very delicious ? ?. Oh my, I ordered 2 general tossed chicken ? ? . It was so delicious and the service was great. The lady was super, super nice . And the young gentleman was very kind.
Vegetarian options: Try it, you gone love it. Service is ? ? manager, and another person is definitely wonderful ? . Yummy enjoy.

I would have given it -5 stars if I could. I specifically said - no nuts and no onions. It was a delivery… I immediately called them and they were telling me - , no it’s cabbage. I was not home alone and everyone confirmed - chestnuts. Not one piece accidentally…
1. More expensive than most 2. The majority of the food is decent enough but you will come across days where the food tastes like they don’t wash the pan properly and you taste old fish in the chicken dishes 3. the pork fried rice is always crunchy

I was going to order from Imperial Wok on Howard Ave but their prices are expensive as a walk in. I’m stationed at work and can’t leave and so I needed delivery.I wanted something quick but cheaper… not cheap, quick and nasty ??♀️Don’t ever improvise price over quality…Sad mistake!! $2-3 and location of restaurant make a huge difference.The food came extremely quick and I paid the same price for food I could I could have picked up and it was horrible and I tipped the driverThere is no flavor. There aren’t even any carrots and there is no gravy sauce JUST OIL!!! see photos.I am completely dissatisfied and I rarely eat Chinese food and because of this location it will be a long time again before I do.I’ll go to Imperial Wok and pay the extra money.
