Ohhh, where do I start. My family and I visited in Nov 2022. It was a table of 14 people. Four children (two under 2). The waitstaff was incredibly rude, rushed, and didn’t keep on top of water, and even forgot an appetizer. When we asked about the missing food our waiter even rolled their eyes at us! The food was ok, but we’ve certainly had better. We vetted this place out on the recommendation of many of our friends as well as my brother who had frequented Adriana’s—Even he said service was horrible and food wasn’t as good as it normally was. Anywho, that isn’t even the worst part of it all. Several days later we got our credit card charges. All of us who tipped and paid with credit cards had our receipts altered to give upwards of a 30% tip FRAUDULENTLY! The waitstaff changed our receipts!! While I could have reported the tabs as fraud and gotten all of my money back, the restaurant as a whole was undeserving of that— we did occupy the facility, and ate our food. The owner kindly reached out and offered to refund the $275 tip charge and vouchers to return. The vouchers were declined from every member of the party as we wouldn’t be returning again. Recently, one of Adriana’s “top fans”, Sonny, antagonized and bullied our honest review on a personal page stating that we should remove the review because the owner refunded our tip money. That’s not how reviews work, Sonny. Technically I could have reported credit card fraud and gotten all $800+ of our money back, but we didn’t. I’m wondering now if Mr. Sonny bullies and harasses all of the bad review postings and that is why he is a “top fan” of the restaurant. Please, when visiting this establishment and paying with card (especially if the waitstaff doesn’t like you) keep your credit card receipts and make sure everything matches. This should have been reported to the BBB, but we chose not to take it that far.

The food is delicious and the service is really good. The portions are HUGE, we were very hungry and anyway packed half to go. Highly recommended place!

It was our first time there and absolutely delightful. Good food, good wine, good service, generous portions, and reasonable prices.

For those of you have never tried Osso Bucco this is the place to experience it. The tantalizing flavor of the veal shank melts in your mouth. The bewitching saffron risotto was the perfect accompaniment to this delicious and irresistible dinner.

The service was impeccable. Our waiter Frank, Laura and Carmen were professional, attentive, enthusiastic, caring, and truly a pleasure to interact with as they anticipated our every need before we even knew we had it.

The restaurant was super clean and well organized. There is convenient parking right in front of the restaurant and off the street. Overall, the meal was dazzling and kudos to Chef Federico for these divine entrees!

This Italian restaurant was what I always imagined them to be (from classic movies) and they never are, until Adriana's. The platonic ideal of Italian restaurants.

The portions are big enough to feed two people, or even three.

We will be back!!

We booked a surprise party for a family event and Adriana’s staff did not disappoint! Tony worked with us to plan a perfect menu. Totally customizable and the food blew everyone away. The night of, Laura was our server and she was incredible. All 25 of our guests did not EVER have an empty drink and the service was just impeccable. Thank you to everyone at Adriana’s for making the night so special!

Dined in at this uninviting restaurant to celebrate a birthday. The waiter was not friendly at all from the start (stated he was from Austin Texas). I asked for a condiment and he literally threw a fit like a baby out loud. He went and talked to the other waiters about what we ordered (which he blatantly stated he did not recommend.) It was concerning that he did not recommend the filet mignon, which is a high priced item. My family and I felt unwelcome. Do not recommend this establishment at all to anyone. Would never go here again. Food was not worth the money we spent. We still tipped more than well, however the experience overall was very disappointing.

I will start by saying that this is the third Mother's Day dinner our group of six diners had at Adriana's. The food and service in the two previous years was stellar. This year was markedly different and not in a good way. I am not happy writing this review, but I must report it as it happened. I also realize that Mother's Day is an incredibly busy day. But that shouldn't be "new news" so our experience still should have been much better. We had a 2:30 seating and I arrived separately from the rest of our party. I waited almost 15 minutes at the front desk to be acknowledged - again it was ridiculously crowded, so a little get out of jail free card there. Generally, service was more "rushed" and abrupt than other years. But when you have a 98 year old mother who is hard of hearing, servers need to be a little more patient. Our appetizers arrived reasonably promptly and were the best part of the meal. But it took another almost 45 minutes after the apps to get our entrees. We all ordered different dishes but the unanimous verdict was the food seemed to be somewhat carelessly prepared and at best was only mediocre - nowhere near what we enjoyed in previous years. Maybe our orders were rushed because we waited so long - other parties who came in after us were served entrees well before us. Whatever the reason, it was both baffling and very disappointing. The final issue, which actually makes me angry, was that when I went to use the washroom before leaving, the place was a disgusting mess - the floor near the toilet was soaking wet with I don't know what and the trash pail was overflowing. I found out later from one of our party that they used that washroom when they first arrived, saw the same thing and mentioned it to a staff member - yet nothing was addressed. Even with the busyness that day, there really is no excuse for a washroom to be in that condition. In fact, that is all the more reason for careful attention to that. If I had gone in there before the meal, I would never have stayed to eat. Since they had specific seatings that day and clearly weren't taking "walk-ins", I don't understand the level of chaos we observed. All in all a very sadly disappointing experience.
