It would have probably been 5 stars across the board if the kitchen served one of our entrees. The waitress and managers were super helpful and apologetic. We ordered 1 drink each, the plantains / tostones, a burger and jerk chicken. The app took 30-40 mins to get and the burger (which we ended up splitting) came out less than 1 minute after the app and the jerk chicken never even came out.
