TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ??♀️. Me and my husband drove 1 hr to get to this place to order my birthday cake ? for next week, it was our first time going. We wanted to give it a try but the girl that was working there was no help at all! She was on the phone having a conversation god knows who while we were trying to make her questions about what type of cakes and flavors they do and she literally told us to wait so she can keep on with her conversation on the phone ??♀️, I’m thinking she going to hang up and try to attend her customers but no, this is one of the worst customer service I have ever had, what a disappointment not looking forward to going back to this place ??♀️
