Wow. This place used to be very good, but I just had one of the most disgusting bowls I’ve ever had in my life. I would avoid them like the plague in their current state. Asked for a charred chicken bowl and with no beets. For some reason I was brought a bowl with no chicken, and beets. They brought out a bowl with chicken and I kind of wish they hadn’t. It was completely, and I mean completely dried out like old shoe leather that had turned to sawdust or some kind of chicken jerky. I couldn’t even finish it. The rice was also cold and dry. The broccoli was cold. The only ok part was the sweet potatoes. And overall there was hardly any food there.
Oh and as a special treat, the charred Chicken bowl is now $13.50 instead of the $13 that is advertised on menus inside and outside the restaurant. I get it, prices went up for Covid and we gave places a break for having the wrong price listed, but at this point it’s just laziness or greed not to somehow indicate the right price. I can’t believe this place got so bad in a few years, unfortunately I don’t think I can go back.

I’ve been struggling with gastritis, and their charred chicken bowl is one of the few options I order when my symptoms get worse. It is well balanced, gentle on my stomach, and delicious. Can’t speak for the experience dining in but ordering from them through uber eats has been great.

I wish I had read the recent reviews before wasting money here. The food was a huge disappointment. I ordered the organic scramble bowl. Poorly cooked rice with dry hard grains; who knows how long since it was cooked. The eggs were overcooked and tough, I doubt they were cooked fresh. The tomatoes were colorless and didn't match the organic price tag. For a place that pitches itself as organic and fresh, one would expect fresh food. Also, the staff hardly said two words to me, as if she was annoyed. Nice space, fancy presentation, overpriced trash food.
Edit: there are a lot of recent bad reviews for this place with no response from the owner. I wouldn't assume it was an off day; clearly management could care less.

The saving graces here: healthy menu options and the man who ran the food. Cashier needs more training, especially on menu and drink items. It was very hot in the restaurant. Food quality was like Panera.

Amazing service from the manager and the workers. Ordered my food quickly and was enjoying my food not long after, and it was hitting the spot. Valentina the manager is a god send and has the best energy I have ever experienced. Definitely would recommend the salmon bowl and being served by Valentina, Justyn or David. They’re the best!

I am beyond words and so disappointed. And quite frankly disgusted this looks like it came from the trash. The staff was unprofessional and immature. My office orders from them all the time and I’ve never tried it. I was going to go and complain but I figured a review would get my point across better because clearly they don’t have ADULTS working there. I’ll never recommend nor will I spend any money here again wow I had such high hopes. Nice space though. So sad ?

waited 25 minutes for a dangerously undercooked burger on a very un-busy day and was told oops no refunds. offered a couple cookies instead. no soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms either. not sure what they are getting up to here but it’s not the work of running a restaurant.
