Placed an order for delivery, ordered a pulled pork sandwich with TX heat barbecue sauce but when I got the order the barbecue sauce was missing. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering it. Very disappointed

I ordered at 5:03. My pickup time was 5:38. I arrived at 5:36, waited 30 minutes in a chaotic pick up window area and was told at 6:10 that they were out of what I ordered. I walked out with an order at 6:15p.

There’s good and bad here. Let’s start with the bad. The food is very mediocre at best if being totally honest, though given there isn’t much BBQ up in the north east, it’s ok. The moink balls were bad. Just tasted like unsalted meat. No flavor at all. Most of the meats came out of a warmer, with the exception of a bunch of briskets they had on the counter but unfortunately everything was rather cold. The guys behind the counter seemed to be more interested in chatting than serving.Here’s the good. Great atmosphere. Tons of tables inside, and a massive patio outside. The cool thing about outside is many Adirondack chairs around fire pits. I liked the set up where you walk to the counter to order then get a table. Smart. Deff a neat place to grab a beer. The sauces were very very good. They even offered warm sauces at the counter. Tons of solid beer options, with a full bar. It was very clean inside with one exception….My only other major complaint was the nasty mold that covered the piping system which was above the brewing equipment in the entry way. Not good.

We ordered with door dash. The food was ok when it arrived, but it was just warm. The BBQ was decent. The side of baked potatoe was a waste of money. How do you serve a potatoe that is not a russet variety? The skin was thin and it was undercooked.

I got a take out, I made the order online ahead of the time and arrived at the approximate time it was supposed to be ready, it was hectic nothing was ready which seems odd at BBQ restaurant most is premade it’s not like their cooking from scratch for you. Eventually after 30-40 minute wait I got my food. Got home and realized that one of the main meats was missing so one out of 3 I ordered wasn’t there, since it was meant for 3 people it was quite annoying not to get it. I called the next day since they were closed by that time and informed them that i didnt get the food which was around 20$ i was told i will get a refund on my card which i never did, i was out of the country for next month and a half so couldnt call again. so thats my experience with this restaurant. the food was great though.
