Shout out to the manager Louie for keeping the place clean and orderly. I arrived a little after midnight with my three brothers about 2 weeks ago. We were celebrating our youngest 21st birthday and he along with his staff made us feel welcomed and provided exceptional service with a smile and truly set an example for all Ben and Jerry's. We will be back for sure!

Used the bathroom there and the soap dispenser had been ripped from the wall. When I let them know and asked if they had any hand sanitizer, they said no. I asked if they had any soap back there they could just squeeze into my hand cause I felt gross and they said they don’t cause they don’t have a sink back there. So then I realized they’ve been scooping my ice cream without access to soap/hand sanitizer after using the bathroom/cleaning/handling money etc so that made me very nauseous…Also as an aside (didn’t bother me until after soapgate), there aren’t any outlets anywhere and they refused when I asked if they could plug my phone in behind the counter since it was almost dead and I had a train soon. Soooo the ice cream was good? But would recommend just buying a pint, washing your hands, and staying home

Great ice cream and exceptional service. My son has a peanut allergy and the young man went out of his way to make sure there was no cross contamination. He was patient with us and a wonderful person!! Thank you!!

My 1st time visiting this city and wanted to grab a treat to complete my day. As I enter store wasn't busy and only one employee however he was cool. I like how the store is decorated, there's plenty of seating available just like plenty of flavors and treats to enjoy. Restroom also available to customers just ask an employee so they can unlock it. I decided to go with the sweet caramel blondie which was delicious 😋.

The place is always so organized and clean, the manager and employees are all super patient, diligent and friendly. The fact there are five options of dairy free options and Franklin aka Frank and Tre has always been so patient with my indecisiveness while still balancing handling other customers and satisfies all of us, never in a bad mood actively and keeps a positive outlook keeps my friend group and I coming back.

Great ice cream but they could work on the atmosphere. it's really awkward when you walk in since it's a big place with only one person their. Im better off buying the cup in Walmart than to sit there for 1min.

Very nice atmosphere, service, and ice cream. I enjoyed coming in here and this was my first time in a Ben and Jerry’s as well as having it. I was really impressed and it definitely didn’t disappoint.
