I wanted to wash my kids hands and the bathroom wasn't working. My question is , if the employees need it where do they go?
Went to get two shakes, unfortunately both were already made and I apologized to Tory for making them both but informed her that my coworker changed his mind and didn’t need the second one anymore. She aggressively told me next time please have the complete order ready, and I would be paying because they were already made. The other customers in the shop looked at me surprised that she was so rude, I told her once more I was sorry for the inconvenience but with her nasty attitude I was paying for two I’d only be paying for one and I asked for her name. Teach Tory some customer service skills please!
