Finally found my fav cherry shake!

They have my favorite ice cream( grape nut) and I would give them 5 stars but when handing someone a cone can the staff please wrap it properly so I don’t have to argue about a 69cents cone!! When I see the staff member bare fingers touch my cone and I ask for a new one don’t tell me I’m lying!! Yes I ate my ice cream but I’m not gonna eat the cone!!

I had the rum and raisin Sunday it was delicious no belly ache the Indian girls are very polite and very nice☑️☑️

I will never ever visit this ice-cream spot again i went tonight with my family and the two Indian ladies in the window We're very rude and disrespectful laughing in our faces they didn't give us the right ice cream I asked for extra pecans she said I can't give you any because I charged you already I said it's ok I'll pay the extra she said it was $2 and change for the extra I gave her $3 and didn't receive any change I didn't make a big deal about it I said thank you and have a goodnight after we got our ice-cream and they didn't say one word they just Stared at us as we drive off if I could give 0 stars I would 💯

Great ice cream sundae I have butterscotch with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream ? was kinda expensive but I went there specifically for that otherwise I go to dairy Queen for cheaper and get the hot fudge Sunday with chocolate ice cream and whipped cream because that's the best ?

Parking: It's only a takeout place no tables or chairs outside but they are very good. I've only had chocolate or vanilla ice cream put the sign says they have a whole bunch of different flavors soft serve but if you ask 4 they don't have it unless was just a bad day

This little drive through has lots of options, but nothing is any good. We got the pumpkin and German chocolate soft serve. Neither one was visually distinguishable between the other. The pumpkin tasted like it was a pumpkin root beer float, not bad but definitely not what we were hoping for with the name of "pumpkin". The German chocolate just tasted like a fake chocolate mixed with coconut syrup.

I usually come here quite frequently in the summer to get ice cream. Everything is usually great the ice cream is good and so was the service. But the newer ( I'm assuming) workers I've encountered have not been that pleasant.

Small cone is the size of my fist 10/10 would order again. Milkshakes are great too, and not in the snobby way. Just don't be rude to the staff, there's not a lot of them so large orders do take a bit

What has happened to this place?? I would visit at least once every summer, always pleasant. NOW, there must be new owners or management because the treatment was horrible. Ordered 2 small soft serve cones. Mine was barely filled over the brim of the cone, disappointing enough. My boyfriend ordered the apple pie but definitely received chocolate. I tasted to confirm, definitely chocolate. He returned to the counter after we both had 1 taste to ask for the correct flavor. All 3 women, specifically the blond got hostile immediately. He would have accepted another flavor if they were out of apple pie, but they insisted this creamy brown chocolate was a cinnamon apple, even pulling out a syrup labeled applie pie that definitely wasn't on his cone.
I have received bad customer service before, but this was excessively rude and unprofessional.
I miss the old Bill's, will not be returning and will be telling all the same.

Used to go here all the time since I was a kid when the original owners were present or stela’s made sure the ppl running the place was up to standard…today will unfortunately be my and my families last day here due to inappropriate and uncalled for disrespect from the employees here, the staff of three women laughed at me as they made me repeat my order four times as if I didn’t know what I was ordering, then proceeded to give me an attitude just for asking for a cup with my ice cream since I had to drive far and didn’t want to hold a melting ice cream cone, this shouldn’t be how you treat employees anywhere especially locals in the area, word spreads fast and I’m sure there’s already enough locals here that have complained about the new staff .
