I checked in on Oct 20th and a reservation was made on my credit card which should have been cancelled on Oct 24th, when I checked out. Unfortunately, this hold, amounting to more than $1,000, has caused significant inconvenience during my travels. More than two weeks after that date and after reporting it here and elsewhere, the hold on my credit card continues and I received no explanation for it.
