I had breakfast at BLDG, located inside the Marcel Hotel, and it was such a pleasant experience. I ordered the BLDG breakfast plate, and everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. The potatoes were seasoned perfectly, the bacon was crisp and well-cooked, and the eggs were done just right. The toast was a little firm to chew, but it was nicely toasted and came with delicious whipped butter, which was a nice touch.

Absolutely brilliant food! Fresh and good ingredients! The food is tasty and the team are flawless. The manager Danielle is absolutely incredible! Excellent with kids and extremely hospitable!

The hotel wasn't busy at lunch time. I ordered a haus burger with local soda which were both good. For just over $20 I got to enjoy the atmosphere of a well-lit hotel hall while eating. The waitress was very nice and served the food with great dexterity.
