Prices went up which is ridiculous to a certain extent. Why is a bacon cheeseburger almost 3 dollars if not 3 dollars and some change. They took away some of the best sandwiches off the menu. Since the pandemic they took the drink machines out of the lobby and haven't returned them. Other than that the food and service is up to par somewhat.

Had an encounter with Brandon who was completely unprofessional and used profanity because I wanted to return a sandwich that was poorly made. Customer service went straight out the window. He may need anger management and therapy.

Longest wait I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s and they keep prolonging the wait time. “5 minutes and we’ll be ready to take orders”, I’ve been waiting here since 3:48 (it’s 4:21 at the moment). I genuinely just wasted 40 minutes of my life waiting here and everyone else too. Might as well just shut this shit show down and focus on the other 3 McDonald’s in this area!
