Casa Bianca Pizza New Haven

Had the footlong Philly cheesesteak. Paid $11.99. (11-4-24) It tasted great, but the portions were small inside. Maybe about 3-4 oz of meat. Would have gotten a five-star had it not been for the measly interior of the grinder. I would definitely try them again. Service was good.

Person answering the phone does not speak English and hangs up on you every time you ask a simple question. Don’t recommend and I’ll never try again!!!

Disappointed is an understatement! My food tracked as “on the way” for 37 min when the store is 10 min away. Pizza was COLD not even warm. Buffalo sauce spilled everywhere even into my kids cheese pizza. Nothing in the order was warm at all besides the garlic bread. Lastly they forgot my soda and took over an hour to bring it back. When I contacted for a refund I was told I could be reimbursed 15%!!!! As a business owner I’d NEVER treat customers this way but it shows a lack of integrity! 0/10 will NEVER order from here again

I have a wonderful experience at casa Bianca at dine in time. I enjoyed my pizza it's so much delicious. I ll go there again and again. Specially the taste of food amazing. I love it
