Food was tasty. Kept running out of water. Would ask for water and the staff kept disappearing. Asked for ice water multiple times and they gave plain water. It wasn’t the worst, wasn’t the best food either.

It’s a nice and simple place to have a comfortable and affordable breakfast. No fancy but good food and very good coffee!!!

Went here for lunch on a Sunday. We waited over 45 minutes for food and then it came…. We ordered a plate of onion rings which were completely cold.I got the Cobb salad which came with uncooked bacon no blue cheese no avocado per description but covered with cranberries and three strips of chicken breast. My kids got the panini which was supposed to have cheddar cheese, it was American and bread was hard and went uneaten. Truly unpleasant.

Had a wonderful experience with the Graduate Special. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were truly exceptional something I’ve never experienced before. I found myself completely mesmerized by the taste.

Mom and Pop place with a really satisfying Egyptian breakfast and some of the best crepes we have ever had, including in France.
A hidden gem.

Had to come get some of the best food in town! Love the vibes here laid back warm, welcoming, and full of flavor. Definitely a gem in New Haven. The menu has something for everyone, and everything I’ve tried so far hits the spot. Can’t wait to come back! Mo Salah!!! Mango drink was so fresh it was refreshing

Very confused as to why this place has such good reviews, as eating here was a wholly unpleasant experience. When we entered, almost every table was covered in dirty plates. The person who served us made no move to clear them away and they remained the entire time we were there. The service itself was also very disappointing. Unfriendly and unhelpful, and she tried to give us bottled water as though tap water wasn’t an option. The place was also scorching and we had to move outside to escape the heat. Bizarrely some elderly lady was aggressively cleaning the chaps owned atm next to our table. We ended up ordering pancakes, and our server seemed irritated that we hadn’t ordered more. Asked for two plates and only got one, when we asked again she seemed annoyed. The pancakes themselves were flavourless and dry. Just not good. Would very much discourage a visit.
