Terrible customer service when they mess up your order twice, and don’t want to send the right food after telling you to keep the first messed up order. And then hang up on you when you ask for a refund. 👎 trash

Usually, I do not leave negative reviews, but they hung up on me over the phone when I asked to pay with a card. They said cash only and abruptly hung up. I wanted to try their food and normally use Apple Pay, so I did not have cash. I guess it's okay that they do not accept cards, but the abrupt hang-up made me laugh. I was surprised by it, and so I think a one-star review is appropriate for now.

1 star for service over the phone. Very rude guy answering. Didn’t feel comfortable picking up my food or supporting they’re business. I will be going somewhere else. They’re 1 million other places you can eat.

One of the few restaurants/food places open late which is a godsend when you need a nighttime dinner. The staff are super kind and welcoming. Great service when I got takeout! The food was some of the best Chinese takeout in New Haven.

Extremely rude service. The guy hung up the phone, right in the middle of my sentence. They don't listen well. I had to repeat my address multiple times. 20 dollars to deliver is outrageous. The pictures posted on the reviews didn't look all that appetizing anyway.
