I asked for chicken. The server goes toward the back in the kitchen without explanation. He leaves for about 5 minutes, leaving my half made burrito on the counter. Then, another guy comes out and begins putting chicken on the grill. At this point the server is still not saying anything and the line has begun getting longer. He was putting the same thermometer in all of the serving bowls and using his apron as a way to “clean” it. After roughly 10 minutes, a girl comes out and announces that the chicken will take another 20 minutes until it’s ready. I settled for steak and left.
But if the chicken is running low, and you see that, why would you wait until there’s nothing to start cooking?

Ordered my usual, asked for fajita veggies. The server said they don’t have them on Sundays. Chicken was low and I didn’t receive a full portion. Also there was strange connective tissue in my chicken. Chicken on the grill wasn’t even half way cooked yet. Garbage piled up overflowing the cans. Wasn’t told my total and didn’t get a receipt, did they stop providing those?

Food is relatively consistent. I ordered a side of guac in addition to my steak salad bowl. 1/3 of the guac container was not filled so I raised the issue, girl at the register told me it’s always suppose to be one scoop. Terrible service, didn’t get what I paid for, have not encountered this at any other location.

Place was disgusting. Garbage doesn’t ever get removed and stinks. There is food all over the tables. I paid over $50 and they wouldn’t give me a free water cup. Made me pay for tap water. Whoever owns this place is a low life

I am begging New Haven to completely shut down this Chipotle. It is horrible! The food is disgusting and bland EVERY time!! The fact that the restaurant is still a mess and the food has not gotten any better tells you that management does not care.

The inside of the restaurant was extremely dirty. The tables were sticky and streaked with sauce and rice. The restrooms also have many issues and the womens' restroom doesn't work.
Am i losing my mind or is there an absurd amount of lime in these bowls? Like they’re straight up drenching these bowls in lime. The entire bowl is so absurdly sour. Please someone help me verify my sanity

Entire restaurant was a complete mess. Cashier was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for the bathroom code. Restroom was filthy and I’m glad I decided to leave instead of getting food here. The gyro across the street was very good I suggest you go there instead.

It was a terrible experience. We went more than two hours before closing and the server was throwing the utensils around with anger while preparing our bowls. The rice and chicken were almost empty and they did not refill, so we got whatever was left at the bottom which is probably half the usual amount compared to other locations. We asked for fajita veggies and he just said ‘no’. Upon asking for an explanation, he said the batch being cooked was only for online orders. The cashier said ‘you should have looked before you ordered’. Would give zero stars if we could.

My order was horrible not able to eat. Chicken is so salt, the lettuce is old .The food is just horrible , not fir for consumption. I would like a refund. There no customer service to help. And you advertise how awesome your food is.? OMG

The bathroom is DISGUSTING. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was no ice and the food was lukewarm at best. If I had seen the bathroom before we had ordered, we would have left. Do not go!
