That new chicken Al pastor !! Was so fing dry !! And crunchy it looks like it evens there for more than the appropriate time it’s suppose to be there !! Save yourself the headache time and money at this place !!

This is the worst run Chipotle I have ever been to. Really disappointed that the quality has remained low after they recently re-opened, after they were closed due to a well-documented rat infestation. I have no idea what Chipotle is doing allowing one of their locations to operate with such low standards.

I usually dine at Chipotle, but this establishment had several issues. The beef steak was extremely tough to chew. Additionally, the loud music played by the staff made it difficult to communicate. However, I believe the manager eventually noticed this and reduced the volume, which was a positive step.

I went in and waited about ten minutes for somebody to come to the front and serve. Who ever was there left and the person who came had no energy like they didn’t want to be there. The way he put the bowl of the person before me and mines was disgusting. Portions very small. rice barely covered my bowl even when asking for extra. The food looked like it’d been put there for awhile and dry Restocking the line seemed to be an issue as I asked for black bean and had to get pinto instead same with the corn. I recieved an attitude. There were no forks and the tables were dirt Whole dining area needs to be cleaned I’m very disappointed because I love chipotle however I do not want dry stale looking food.

I just walked out without even getting my food. The girl taking my order looked like she wanted to be anywhere else. She was slow, and made a mess of my burrito. She walked away twice while she was making my food. She transfered the mess she called a burrito to clean foil without doing anything to deal with the outside of the wrap being covered in sauces. The blackheads looked stale, and she let my food, which was exposed after she did a terrible job of wrapping in foil touch the dirty counter. I never leave bad reviews, but this is appalling. Didn't they just reopen after health code violations?

I’ve placed three online orders in a row and the online order staff fill my bowl as if their feeding an infant child. If I ordered a full bowl why in the name of everything holy would I want half a bowl. Riddle me this how hard is it to fill a chiptole bowl…survey says insanely hard. I did a two person order and they filled the other persons bowl like they were eating for two. For me I got the scraps please New Haven CT fill my bowl when you do your online orders.

Vibes are weird at this chipotle. Always very long waits even though it’s never that busy and they won’t give us soda cups with kids meals anymore according to their manager even though you can order a soda for kids meals through the apps.

Wow. This place is so bad it’s almost good. Definitely a trip. Most of the tables are dirty. The food is poorly cooked, prepared, and maintained. Lots of empty ingredient bins and drink dispensers. People being loud for no reason. Some guy was sitting in the middle of the dining room eating fried chicken wings while a security guard just stood by the door observing the scene. I will never go here again.
