I’ve placed three online orders in a row and the online order staff fill my bowl as if their feeding an infant child. If I ordered a full bowl why in the name of everything holy would I want half a bowl. Riddle me this how hard is it to fill a chiptole bowl…survey says insanely hard. I did a two person order and they filled the other persons bowl like they were eating for two. For me I got the scraps please New Haven CT fill my bowl when you do your online orders.

Vibes are weird at this chipotle. Always very long waits even though it’s never that busy and they won’t give us soda cups with kids meals anymore according to their manager even though you can order a soda for kids meals through the apps.

Wow. This place is so bad it’s almost good. Definitely a trip. Most of the tables are dirty. The food is poorly cooked, prepared, and maintained. Lots of empty ingredient bins and drink dispensers. People being loud for no reason. Some guy was sitting in the middle of the dining room eating fried chicken wings while a security guard just stood by the door observing the scene. I will never go here again.

I came in to get a burrito.
I asked for chicken. The server goes toward the back in the kitchen without explanation. He leaves for about 5 minutes, leaving my half made burrito on the counter. Then, another guy comes out and begins putting chicken on the grill. At this point the server is still not saying anything and the line has begun getting longer. He was putting the same thermometer in all of the serving bowls and using his apron as a way to “clean” it. After roughly 10 minutes, a girl comes out and announces that the chicken will take another 20 minutes until it’s ready. I settled for steak and left.
But if the chicken is running low, and you see that, why would you wait until there’s nothing to start cooking?

Ordered my usual, asked for fajita veggies. The server said they don’t have them on Sundays. Chicken was low and I didn’t receive a full portion. Also there was strange connective tissue in my chicken. Chicken on the grill wasn’t even half way cooked yet. Garbage piled up overflowing the cans. Wasn’t told my total and didn’t get a receipt, did they stop providing those?
Food is relatively consistent. I ordered a side of guac in addition to my steak salad bowl. 1/3 of the guac container was not filled so I raised the issue, girl at the register told me it’s always suppose to be one scoop. Terrible service, didn’t get what I paid for, have not encountered this at any other location.

Place was disgusting. Garbage doesn’t ever get removed and stinks. There is food all over the tables. I paid over $50 and they wouldn’t give me a free water cup. Made me pay for tap water. Whoever owns this place is a low life

I am begging New Haven to completely shut down this Chipotle. It is horrible! The food is disgusting and bland EVERY time!! The fact that the restaurant is still a mess and the food has not gotten any better tells you that management does not care.
