They're understaffed, so it takes longer to place your order. They often run out of one or more ingredients. Sometimes they're only able to take card or exact change. Last time I ate there, the food was loaded with way too much salt. I couldn't even finish it, I felt gross trying to eat it. I'm never going back there again, definitely not worth the money.

I usually don’t share poor reviews, but echoing another recent review in light of people’s safety, there are a number of unaddressed health violations I noticed as a former restaurant worker. I hope that management is able to address this to keep employees and customers safe!

The worst chipotle I have ever been to. There is ugly guy at the cashier desk. He is not even respecting the customers.Very rude behavior. I don't know his name to mention here. He feels like a manager. I hope he will be fired ASAP if not I'm not going to chipotle one more time. Have a good time everyone expects him.

Maria who is a staff in your establishment was being very aggressive over the fact that I had to repeat myself with the order name and her response was I hear you the first time yelling very loudly and aggressively. She disregarded the fact that I am a customer and I don’t think she handled me correctly infront of so many customers. It was embarrassing demeaning and insensitive. The customer service at this location this evening was not good. One worker was very rude to every customer in line as if they were the cause of her frustration. Also she decided that it would be okay for her to be on her phone instead of taking orders while her coworker did all of the work. After spending the evening with my family, we stopped by this location. The order was completed relatively quickly, and the interior of the restaurant was clean. It wasn't overly crowded either.Regarding the food, I ordered a burrito with a combination of Beef Barbacoa and Chicken, along with brown rice, pinto beans, cheese, fresh tomato salsa, lettuce, and sour cream. While the burrito was warm, it lacked flavor entirely and had a chewy texture.Considering the underwhelming quality of the food, I'm uncertain if I would return to this location.

I came to this location on Sunday February 18th. while having my bowl prepared this rude woman who appeared to look very sloppy, decided to give input aloud that it’s an issue for me to prefer extra cheese on my bowl. I’m aware double meat, queso, and guacamole is an additional charge. But the other items are not. the. Upon paying, I asked the male cashier for a side of vinaigrette, which I had no issue paying for. He said no, then when I proceeded to ask him again, he still said no. Even after I watched him give some to a customer prior to that. This location has truly went down hill
