The coffee is not great, I would even go as far as to say it’s bad. The staff, though very attentive, made me feel rushed and pressured to quickly decide. I asked what a syrup flavor was, one I hadn’t heard before, and she just repeated back to me that it’s a syrup, then held the syrup bottle up when I asked what it tasted like.

Was just there today. Purchased two Iced coffee’s and a pound of freshly ground Guatemalan beans. Best coffee spot downtown. Great Value for your dollar, professional, friendly service. These women are experts at their craft. The store is absolutely immaculate, food case is always full with many options from sweet to savory. The best money I spend every week. Great to see such a great small business succeed 🍀

I ordered a sandwich and was given the wrong one. When I kindly asked if they could change it, the worker got upset with me and proceeded to start talking about me in Spanish to the other worker. Well, I speak Spanish and understood every word. Really unkind service.

The service is awful. They are very rude and act like you were annoying them. I asked them different times for the Wi-Fi password, they just kept saying was on the door (it wasn't). The food is okay but nothing really special. But they only have disposable cups. The atmosphere is not that comfy, the music is kinda loud and they don't have a lot of places where to charge the computer, so it's the worst place to work.

Despite the nice atmosphere and playlist, coffee is too hot and doesnt taste super good. You have to pay 50 cents for the cup to get free water, which might be illegal. Also get ready to wait 15min to use the restroom since it is locked and the staff needs to go open it for you.

Terrible service. I politely asked the cashier “what’s your favorite coffee” trying to get an idea of what to order. She didn’t answer and when i repeated the question in case she didn’t hear me she rolled her eyes and was extremely rude. Not sure if she understood what I was saying. Overall bad experiences here multiple times for bad expensive coffee. Go to any other coffee shop in New Haven

Got really mid service, mid coffee, and was charged 50cents for a cup of tap water lol. Also I needed to use the restroom and asked for the key, but the barista didn’t give it to me and instead went to unlock the door herself. Felt weird and unwelcome.
