Costa Pizza is one of my top 3 favorite pizza restaurants in New Haven. Costa has the best pasta in all of New Haven. I almost made the mistake of sleeping on them, don’t be like me. Get whatever you want, it is going to buss. Tortellini carbonara? Undeniably finessed. Buffalo wings? Crunchy, perfect amount of sauce. Don’t go spending all your money at them fancy spots with the measly portions. Treat yourself right you will not regret it. My boyfriend loves all the vegan options too.
Amazing food, great costumer service, quick service time. I got the chicken parm from here and loved every bite, I highly recommend. The bread was amazing, perfectly crisp yet soft at the same time. Bread absorbed the sauce very well.
