I ordered 9 pizzas for a community meeting. The driver was 43 minutes late. People were hungry
The manager, Sohel said we needed to return the food in order get anything compensation. Really???
My food took 2hrs to arrive. when I called to check my order, they left me on the phone for 25 minutes.
This is how you treat your customers? The drive tells me my order is late because one the delivery drivers got robbed.
What does that have to do with your customer service?
And then they don't want to take the food back or give you your money back?
The driver said they'll give you a free pizza?! What??? Throw the whole store away!!!!
