There is a spanish woman that works there named lily she’s very unprofessional and rude it’s a very unvelcoming environment and as a pregnant woman I shouldn’t have to deal with such attitude to receive food!! This matter needs to be looked into as these type of people shouldn’t be hired if they can’t perform the proper customer service!!

Super Rude.. hung up on me..I was getting a glitch online and my account was debited twice for food but the website didn't update.. therefore nothing was going to be sent to me.. after a quick call to my bank.. they said check in with Dominos.. so I called in and this guy kept repeating super fast, questions about my order.. on top of that, his accent was SO THICK I had to ask him again and again to repeat himself to this he just started talking faster..then he hung up on me.. supremely annoying..what customer service you have.. If you're gonna charge me a $6 fee to deliver my food then ask for another $6 as a suggested tip so im paying nearly $45 for impulse pizza.. then have some damn class.. so annoying.. Probably never eating here again.. I'ma go get me some pizza cake and chicken wings instead from somewhere else..

On Jan 13 or the 16 I ordered 2 extra cheese pizzas during the 50% coupon deal for Jan and I received 2 regular cheese pizzas and didn't notice till I got home I meant to leave a review but either forgot or couldn't find the leave a review so today I went through google because I remembered

Bad service, there are customers, the Indians who work there are rude. If you make an order to pay in cash, they don't start making it until you get to the store. If you say something about it, they put your name on a red list.?

The manager on shift decided to hang up the phone when I tried to discuss him the issue at hand with his Uber application not accepting orders and canceling automatic he told me to contact Uber Eats which I did before hand.
Unprofessional, needs retraining no wonder why a lot of people choose other options than this crap.
You managers need to learn how to manage and understand that hanging up on a customer who is expressing problems get you fired. If your area isn't using the app have your system and store locator off. If not check your systems. Since I'm aware on how the application works. You should be paying me for fixing your issue. Instead your manager hangs up the phone?

Three of us came in for some food around 10:15pm and while we were waiting a lady came in very nicely, stated she bit into two wings and they were undercooked. The manager snapped told her she can’t take it back or do anything. When my friend got his wings, naturally because of what just happened, now we’re going to check. He used a fork IN FRONT OF THEM and the habanero wings were undercooked and pink STILL. They took his food back though and asked if he wanted it “well done” as if chicken isn’t supposed to be. Then she lied on the phone to her boss saying that she ate half the box and that’s why she didn’t do anything with the previous ladies order. My bread came out fine thank god! I don’t see a ServSafe certification posted anywhere and the guy didn’t know what that was when I asked. All three employees were using their hands in and out of different types ingredients without any care of potential cross contamination. The manager used her phone, played with her hair, proceeded to touch the pos system and make a pizza without washing her hands or putting on gloves. As food service workers ourselves, we all know what bar of customer service and food quality should’ve be met. I definitely will be contacting corporate and not visiting this location again.

I wish I could rate less than 1 star because they don't deserve any stars. Their customer service is the worst I have seen in a long while. The lady that took my delivery was extremely rude and uncouth. The delivery took over 1 hour. I had to trash the pizza because it was cold and messed up. Anyways, I've learnt my lessons never to go back there.
