When I enter the 470 Whalley Avenue store, I was confronted because of me not having a number they did not make my sandwich, For this issue, I was forced to stand in the store and wait while my 3yr old daughter was sitting in the car by herself…. Also when their screen said, my sandwich was ready They made me wait five extra minutes and when I asked about my sandwich, they ignored me.

Ordered for delivery, big mistake, but my truck was in shop. Bought me half raw, soggy hand tossed and I asked for well done square cut. Call and she had a real bad attitude and refused to refund me. Don’t wastes ya money here.

As I walk into the location you have 2 employees outside in full uniform exchanging money. I make it inside there were about 10 employees on staff. I was completely ignored for about 15 min. No greeting no we'll be right with you nothing. The two employees make it back inside so I'm thinking ok maybe they'll help me yea right they went to counting more money inside at the register. If you don't have common basic people skills then this isn't the job for them. I didnt order anything what a waste of time.

There is a spanish woman that works there named lily she’s very unprofessional and rude it’s a very unvelcoming environment and as a pregnant woman I shouldn’t have to deal with such attitude to receive food!! This matter needs to be looked into as these type of people shouldn’t be hired if they can’t perform the proper customer service!!
Super Rude.. hung up on me..I was getting a glitch online and my account was debited twice for food but the website didn't update.. therefore nothing was going to be sent to me.. after a quick call to my bank.. they said check in with Dominos.. so I called in and this guy kept repeating super fast, questions about my order.. on top of that, his accent was SO THICK I had to ask him again and again to repeat himself to this he just started talking faster..then he hung up on me.. supremely annoying..what customer service you have.. If you're gonna charge me a $6 fee to deliver my food then ask for another $6 as a suggested tip so im paying nearly $45 for impulse pizza.. then have some damn class.. so annoying.. Probably never eating here again.. I'ma go get me some pizza cake and chicken wings instead from somewhere else..

On Jan 13 or the 16 I ordered 2 extra cheese pizzas during the 50% coupon deal for Jan and I received 2 regular cheese pizzas and didn't notice till I got home I meant to leave a review but either forgot or couldn't find the leave a review so today I went through google because I remembered
