Amazing staff. They made our day before going to the hospital for my wife's c section. So friendly and caring. Donuts are unreal and look like art. They will be a special thank you for hospital staff. We'll also save a couple for our boys at home who are going to be wowed by them. Can't wait to come back and try their burgers and cold brew.

Was a little disappointed that the donuts aren't made in house. It was an okay donut more of a bar I guess.
They could have used a better chocolate ganache for the chocolate dip. The cannoli one was okay. Doesn't seem like they use a lot of ricotta

Impatient and rude staff, just go elsewhere. :/
I frequent this place for the donuts when I am in town but today I stopped by for some coffee as well. I asked for a cappuccino and it was horrible. So I kindly asked if this was a cappuccino and not just hot coffee. The guy at the front said “you got a cappuccino so that’s what it is” so condescending. And then he slaps the counter and rolls his eyes. My goodness talk about poor service. Don’t bother getting any drinks from here. I live when the negative reviews are right.

A very nice setting to have breakfast! The decoration is very tasteful, the donuts are excellent as are the coffees and the waiters are very helpful! I recommend

Conveniently located near Yale and a few shopping stores. The donuts are as expected from a standard donut shop. However, the service left something to be desired, coming across as a bit rude despite the basic level of service.

It’s Sunday morning, we stopped for some breakfast at this store in new haven. The cashier started helping us with an attitude and a disrespectful manner that just damaged our day, we as customers had to ask questions about the menu but the cashier kept getting annoyed in a way that looked like he wanted to fight us. Management should look in to this deeply and make the necessary corrections for a place that serve customers.

It is not a donut, it is a cake. The stuffed french toast was delicious. You need a fork to eat these. Really really sweet. The inside seems like a vibe.
Unpleasant staffs

Their raised donuts are dry and their cake donuts are flavorless. New Haven unfortunately has no good donut places, because this certainly isn’t one of them. If you are going to get something here the cannoli donut is the only good one on the menu, since it has a lot of extra moisture due to an actually good filling.
