I go there just about everyday, the staff in there right now could not be any more friendly. The food and Coffee are always good. But the staff there now February 20, 2025 are the nicest people.
The place is small, the friendly atmosphere makes it well worth it. We have a laugh before we start the day this is the best DD I have been in.
If there owner reads this post, hold on to the people you have right now you are very fortunate , there are actually good for business.

Worse experience of my life , I stay out side till , 5:10 am, went to the hotel and comeback at 5:30 , the lady was rude and don’t have uniform on , don t have coffee and I have to wait to be made , and she seved a water down coffee , also they don’t had hot chocolate ;she mention that they open late on Sundays , I told her that I went by what the site said , and she told me “ my people knows “ I mention that I was not from the area , and I had no idea , and she was rude and come to the door aggressively open the door to kick me out of the store , I thought she was about to hit me ! I hope someone look the cameras and see what was done to a costumer

The girls that work here are amazing! They make my morning great and always put a smile on my face. They are kind, professional, and make you comfortable and always remember your order! It’s unfair that rude customers treat them with attitude. They all deserve a raise!

I ordered a Cinnamon raisin bagel with a small hot coffee. Only to be told they're all gone before 10 a.m . My coffee was barely hot more like Luke warm.

Don't waste your time driving or walking to get anything from this place. Poor customer service, dusty store, and most of all they always have something that is not working. I kid you not, I went there twice in different days, and the orders that I was trying to place were not the same. One time, Espresso machine not working, on the second time they said that they couldn't make a frozen coffee due to some machine wasn't working. Avoid this place. You don't want to wait on the line and then be told they don't have coffee. Ridiculous!! Also, none of them has DD uniform. Only street cloths.

Sub-par Dunkin'. Consistently longer waits and worse service than the in Air rights. also have tried to order larger boxes of bagels and was charged for each bagel as "bagel with cream cheese" rather than bulk which comes out to be significantly more expensive.

Horrible experience, no greetings at all while I waited at register and when I ordered my coffees I asked for whipped cream they didn’t put it and I told them they didn’t they told me I didn’t ask for it rudely and I told them I did they tried to argue with me about it and I told them they could’ve said they didn’t hear it instead of arguing I never said it she proceeds to go back and fourth with me. On top of none of them in Dunkin’ Donuts uniforms all street clothes .
