I ordered my coffee with 1 Splenda and they gave me like 10 and I'm diabetic, and they never give a receipt at this place, they've made mistakes several times now, I prefer to go to McDonald's to buy coffee.

Always seems to disappoint me i don’t understand how half of the cup is empty or as if someone is sipping on my drink. For the price they should at least make sure they are filling your cup.

I went for a latte, but even after repeatedly asking for less ice, they always add more and reduce the actual drink quantity. The customer service is also quite disappointing — I’d rate it 1 out of 5. This was my fourth visit, and three out of four times, the same issue happened. When I asked them to fix it, they either just removed some ice or added a bit of milk without properly remaking the drink, which completely ruined the taste.

After requesting less ice multiple times, they still didn’t reduce it — instead, they just gave less drink, as shown in the attached photo. Very disappointed with this experience

I’m gonna stop wasting my time every morning coming to this location because the customer service is horrible. They are rude and disrespectful to their people. I have no problem paying for the things that I want if I’m gonna pay for something I expected to be the way I want it. I asked for chipotle sauce and pay extra for it. She gave me a little bit and had a nasty attitude.

They gave a mocha latte without any sugar and almost no syrup. Was in a hurry and found out after I reached the highway. Had to throw it as it tasted like milk.

Drive through couldn't get an order right for a million dollars & a trip to Paris. Many of the donuts & muffins are stale. Sketchy clientele indoors. Poor to fair service. Management needs to get their head out of their behinds.

If I can put 0 stars I would do it, this dunkin has been my to go break fast for many years and I always given them second chances, but today was my last chance, they don’t know how to prepare a coffee sometimes they forget sausage sometimes wrong orders and sometimes rude service, it was a video unfortunately I can’t post videos but here are two screenshots for where those two coffee belong in the garbage. I go to Dunkin Donuts every morning. I have been habitually stopping there before work for over a decade. This morning I tried the honey hot bacon sandwich from the Kimberly Ave. location in New Haven, CT and half way through it I pulled out the longest darkest hair (me and my wife are blonde). I feel extremely disgusted but I do like this Dunkin and have been going there for a long time. They’re usually great. This has changed my mind.
Update: it’s been well over a week, I have emailed corporate three times. They told me that this specific Dunkin would reach out but I have not heard back from either corporate or this store on Kimberly. Terrible customer service.
