Every time I come to Dunkin donuts, the girl that made my sandwich, don't say anything, just put in on the counter, five people waiting no one knows who's sandwich this is. We are now in 2024 1/15/24, they still have bad ways, must be management, 3years have not changed, get rid of

This is not a great Dunkin location. The workers are too concerned with chatting amongst themselves to pay attention to your order. I don’t like my drinks too sweet, so I always specify the amount of flavor pumps I want if I decide to get a flavor. These folks are going to put 100 pumps in every drink no matter what you say. Maybe avoid this location if you can.

Young lady had a problem when we were ordering our order we had to repeat it after we were about to move up already . That’s not that bad it’s when I receive COLD snackin bacon and I asked for it to be warmed and she had an attitude and said I should’ve said something about warming it up . Please tell me who eats COLD BACON? not room temperature but COLD ! Any other dunkin I’ve been to automatically heats it up ! So after she said that I said okay and asked her is the bacon supposed to be COLD she said YES . I proceeded to tell her I’ve been eating this for years and never had it cold . She wanted the last word when it’s not about that it’s about customer service . She once again repeated “ next time ask for it warmed” . And I told her “ that’s fine , you already said that “ she went back inside and took a while to warm up just some bacon and sent someone else out to bring it . So instead of her bringing it she sends someone else mind you she just had all the time in the world to come outside and try to scold me about asking for my bacon warmed . In what world is it wrong to ask for something how you like it when it’s an option and your paying for it . It isn’t like I asked for something that they couldn’t do . It’s ridiculous very poor attitude .

Asked for Bagel to be toasted but not only was it not toasted but it wasnt even warm. And cream cheese taste spoiled like it has been out for days. It’s definitely not newly opened. It was a mess inside.

The dirtiest DD I've ever visited. The staff is rude, not helpful at all. I recommend that this establishment provides their staff with customer service skills. My last time ever visit this locatin. The Department of Health should be fully aware of this filthy establishment..

Hey it's is what it is! Sometime the coffee is good sometime is not. Hit or miss. But for some where to grab a coffee quick I recommend.

I'm going to the Dunkin' donuts for the past 4 years maybe. Or so. Went to the driving ordered a black tea with one sugar. Also a multigrain with cheddar cheese and egg. Ended up with black coffee. And no cheddar cheese on my sandwich but that make believe yellow cheese. Day after I explained the woman she had messed up my order. And ordered the same thing. She charged me $7 and change and did not refund anything or any explanation. My card has been reloaded 14 times this year at $25 each time. You would think they would easily buy me a coffee and a bagel. There is no gratitude whatsoever of going to the same place day after day after day. I come with the same white pickup truck every day for the past 4 years they do know me. Oh well it is I guess what it is

The Hispanic lady always makes my coffee right and has a pleasant attitude however today I got a different person a young black women I returned the coffee cus it wasn’t how I ordered it and in her response she gave me decaf I’ve been drinking coffee for over 20yrs I know Decaf when I taste Decaf she clearly hates her job and hates serving costumers
