It's the only one close to me, that's why I go to this one before work, almost every time I go to this dunkin they get my order all wrong and I would have to come back, it's such an inconvenience.

First time I do mobile order at this location. Ordered Matcha Ice latte and a green goddess wrap. Good service my order was perfect, didn’t have to wait for my order. There is outlets for charching our devices while having our snacks or drinks. Excellent for when we are on the go working/studying.
Parking: Plenty and free parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: This location is good to go with friends and family and enjoy a donut coffee or any drink.
I go there every morning because it is 15 seconds away from my house, but they have been getting my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME, I either get home n have to come back or turn around to get the right order, they repeat my order back to me like they got it but everything is always wrong, there is not one day where they can get my order correct. Today 4/20/24 I went to this DUNKIN on forbes ave and I order the same two coffees every single day medium iced coffee butter pecan with liquid sugar and extra cream, they tasted like dark coffee, had to go back, got home one was good, the other still tasted like dark water, I ordered a chocolate glazed Donut, I got a chocolate frosted Donut, I asked for my bagel to be toasted, nope, just smudged some cream cheese on there. i know they got a new manager because when I first started going there 2 years ago, this never happened, and I actually remember that nice lady manager then, whoever it is now, my bf even spoke to her and she was terrible, no offense but you suck at your job and it's literally the most easiest job in the world. I'm mind blown at this stupidity.
I always use the drive through and it's the employees who suck.. Actually not all of them but it's enough to make me find another Dunkin which isn't hard because they're about 5 in a one mile radius.
